Orders will be shipped via J&T or Gogoexpress. Lead time for Metro Manila is 3-7 days, and 4-12 days outside Metro Manila, depending on your location.

Shipments via delivery apps will be booked by client.

Shipping rates will be applied upon check out.

Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days for sizing or damage issues, provided the item is in original condition and packaging. Accepted refunds will be credited in 3-4 weeks.

Shipping of returns will be shouldered by customer.

Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of placing the order.

Proper storage in a dust bag or box will prevent flower deformation. Lay the petals flat to maintain its shape upon storage. Clean with a damp cloth or leather conditioner if required.

We offer repairs without charge for a period of 6 months following the purchase date. Kindly note that shipping costs will be covered by the client.
