Terms of Sale
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Elcru (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or
"our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the
customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Please read them
carefully before making a purchase.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However,
variations may occur due to monitor settings and photography.
Product descriptions, including materials and sizes, are provided for informational
purposes. Please refer to size charts and material details before ordering.
We reserve the right to modify product offerings and pricing at any time without
prior notice.
3. Order Placement and
Confirmation
Orders are placed through our website elcru.co or other designated sales channels.
An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful placement. This email
does not constitute acceptance of the order but confirms receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but
not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Payment
Payment is required at the time of order placement.
We accept Gcash, Paymaya, and
Bank Transfer.
All prices are in Php.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances
beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the
carrier.
Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete.
6. Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of placing the order, unless the order has already begun the shipping process.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service at info@elcru.co with your order number.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the return policy
will apply.
7. Returns and Exchanges (7-Day
Return Policy)
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all
original tags and inclusions attached.
Returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due
to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Refunds will be processed within 3-4 weeks of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service
within 3 days of delivery.
We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement
or refund.
Please note that our products utilize genuine leather, which may exhibit natural
variations such as blemishes, marks, or slight color differences. These
characteristics are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
Natural aging of leather will also result in changes to its appearance over
time. These natural variations and aging effects do not qualify an item as
defective or incorrect.
We will only consider items with significant structural damage or deviations from
the product description as defective.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
11. Changes to Terms of Sale
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior
notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
